EFT

Clinical EFT ( Emotional Freedom Technique) is an evidence-based stress reduction technique. It is also known as tapping because it involves gently tapping on specific acupressure points.

This beautiful tool seems incredibly simple, but science is slowly discovering its powerful results involving fundamental biochemical and neurological changes.

EFT has been used for fears, phobias, stress, overwhelm, anxiety and pain.
