Hello, I am Susanne.

I am the founder of I AM OILS (aromatherapy mood oils) that have been stocked in various stores and sold online for over four years.

I am a Kinesiologist, Aromatherapist and studying certification in Clinical Emotional Freedom Technique.

Some of my favourite things include: walks on the beach, gardening, travel, flowers and being with my friends and family.

In addition to a Diploma in Progressive Kinesiology, I hold a Bachelor of Social Science in Human Services and a Diploma in Clinical Aromatherapy. I have completed studies in Counselling, Nutrition, Reiki, Kinesiology for Kids, Primitive Reflexes and Yin Yoga. I LOVE learning!

I am a mother of four children, ages 25, 23, 21 and 16.

I am registered with The Australian Traditional Medicine Society.

Ever since I can remember I have loved all things wellness and have had a passion for making the world a kinder, healthier, happier place. Long long long before it was even trendy!

Science is slowly catching up and today we can combine well documented studies with nurturing, holistic practices.

If we listen, and take the time, there is so much we can do to support our own wellbeing and the ones we love.

As a practitioner I believe that any behaviour is a symptom, and that behind that behaviour is a need that together we can gently explore. I am interested in what you eat, how you sleep and how you move. We safely explore friendships, family, beliefs, breathing and self-talk. Carefully we unpack the messages.

If you are interested we will incorporate Clinical EFT.

My clinic is a space to relax, where I will listen, and together we can explore any presenting issues.

EFT sessions can also be conducted via Zoom.

Issues I have previously worked with include:

Feelings of overwhelm, back-to-school stress, sleep issues, anxiety, family conflict, self-esteem, low mood and irritability, grief, anger management and fears and phobias.

I do not diagnose, and will always refer on when appropriate.

EFT or Kinesiology do replace the advice of your medical practitioner but can work beautifully in conjunction.
