The Answers You Need - Bath Soaks
INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
Pour about half a cup into a warm running bath. Hop in and enjoy a soothing soak. I recommend using a half a cup in the bath, however this may be increased for a more therapeutic experience (of course you can use less as well). Use these soaks as part of your self care action plan and a reminder that you are beautiful, magical, enough, calm or protected. Believe in you!
CAN CHILDREN USE YOUR PRODUCTS?
Due to the concentration of oils, I AM ACTIVE and I AM PROTECTED bath salts are suitable for ages 12+. All other product are suitable for 6+, however please use this as a guide only. Always check with your medical practitioner if you have any concerns
Our skin is the largest organ in the body and when we bath we are providing our body with the perfect opportunity to absorb the nourishing properties of salts and oils. Bathing is relaxing, healing, resting, cleansing, and a chance to unwind at the end of a day. Bathing also helps to relax the neck and shoulder muscles, both areas that are prone to tension. When we support and care for ourselves it not only impacts us, but also creates a positive ripple effect on everyone around us. To be loving and compassionate to others we first need to do these things for ourselves. Self compassion releases tension and leads to a calmer and healthier state of mind.
WHY DO YOU INCLUDE TAPIOCA STARCH IN YOUR PRODUCTS?
Essential oils and water do not mix. If oils are added to the bath without the use of a carrier then the oils will float to the surface and stay together in one area. This increase the risk of a slight reaction on your skin. Tapioca Starch is a dry product that carries the essential oils and when in contact with water dissolves and releases the oils safely.
WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT SAFETY?
BATH SOAKS - Whilst I have taken extra care to ensure that the Bath Soaks are not extra slippery, please take care when exiting the bath. Products containing Coconut Milk, Colloidal Oatmeal, and Jojoba may increase slip chances so be extra careful. A bath mat is always a good idea.
Adult supervision and guidance is always recommended when children are bathing.
Soak for 20 minutes and ensure that you have extra water to prevent dehydration. A cup of water for children after a bath is always a good idea.
Ensure that the bath temperature is warm ( rather than hot) before you or your little one steps in.
Patch test prior to use - and in the unlikely event of irritation discontinue use.
All products are external use only and avoid eyes and mouth.
